As much as you want to, I encourage you to not let up even during the weekend.
Those spending limits aren't only valid during the week.
They are especially important on the weekend.
When you don't have the routine to help reinforce them.
Look at your budget.
Track your spending.
Build your discipline muscles so the next week's challenges can seem easier than this week's.
